New Forum Features - Your Ideas?

If you could have one additional feature to these forums, what would it be?

A toolbar perhaps where you could format your posts; quotes,bold italics etc.
Also the facility where you can type your post and also see the previous posts in that thread listed beneath in chronological order (last post downwards).
But, the forum is good anyway without all the 'technology'.

Once you've replied to a topic, there could be check box for:

Bookmark this thread.

Quick link to the various forums via the Links menu - so that I don't have to keep a copy of Gassing Station Home open to hop between the various rooms.

It would be even better if it was a customisable link list like the Gassing Station Home is.

I wouldn't mind being able to jump straight to the page containing my last contribution in a thread - if I leave a discussion for a while then come back to it, I rarely remember what page we were up to so have to trawl through them all to find the page where I last posted.

as stated above though, perhaps an editing toolbar would be good.

I still vote for a feature that when you click on a contribution on your or someone elses profile, it takes you to the last contribution on that thread by that person,

instead of taking you to the first page and then you have to dig through the thread
