Anyone doing this?
http://gorrick.com/testvalley/index.php

Im thinking i might, if a) the weather is nice, and b) i can find a buddy or two thats interested.
The 50-miler looks like a decent distance to do (last year i did the L2B Offroad which was 75 miles and pretty tough going).

The route isnt shared until a week before, but i cant find one from last year either. But i found some footage and looks like it takes you through some nice countryside:

£22, or an extra £3 on the day (which is reasonable to wait and see what the weather is like). Sounds like you get a few freebies and a finishers award included.
Could be a nice day if its dry!

Did the winter one a few years ago, very local to me so I know a lot of the trails (well I do now, but not then). May enter this one on my Cross bike if its allowed.

I'd have been up for that, if I hadn't just drained my bank account repairing and re-purposing my old GT Avalanche as a commute bike for my youngest son. I swear it'd have been cheaper/better value to buy a BSO 'hybrid' for him, rather than spending money hand-over-fist on replacing a crappy 8-speed triple groupset piece by piece.

So please, DC, enter and ride the event - then I can crib the route from your Strava feed to ride at a later date... wink

Update, cross bikes are allowed. Wife has decreed it will be on MTB's though due to some of the inclines.

I'd like the route too.

Whilst we are at it, has anyone the route from the Wiggle New Forest mountain bike ride from a few years back please?
