temp care whilst father in law in hospital for mum in law

so new xray shows fractured hip, so he wont be home any time soon, bless her, mother in law cant be left by herself even more so now day or night, any experience of care homes in bucks that would be suitable, not sure where we even start, waiting to hear back from dementia uk, and the doctors, just about managing short term but struggling long term if its another month, any suggestions from any previous experience would be gratefully received. thank you
