Griffith Drivers/Owners Handbooks available?

I am assuming Griffiths came with some sort of owners/driver handbook explaining the controls etc. Are these available at all, reprints or club?
What else did they have come with from new? Toolkit? Jack? Roof bag?

Yes there should be owners info in a leather bound A5 book along with the service cards (history), a vinyl bag with velcro cloing for the targa panel. The tools were just a scissor jack and wheel brace in a vinyl bag.

Not sure if there is a reprint available. Someone might have a scanned copy they can send you.
