Insurance sorted, £208 inc European cover, 12k agreed valuation but only 3000 miles a year, used Adrian Flux this year and seem very competitive

Well I can't work out this insurance business. My insurance last year was a lot because I had a 7.5k limit and full European breakdown which cost me £485. Even the 5k limits were coming in over £300

This year I was expecting it to be lower because I am dropping the limit to 5k and sure enough Manning £262 with no breakdown, Lancaster £240 and some others in the ballpark. The renewal from Classicline came in at £380 for 5k.

Then final quote from Footman James who were expensive last year come in at £155 with EU breakdown and £100 excess, 5k miles. RESULT!

Mannings for me even with the higher quote.

I was very impressed with mannings and if they did euro breakdown I would pay more to be with them.
