Bit of pre warning in case you read this before seeing the news, the firework shop in Bitterne is very burny this morning! Got woken up by the fireworks going off about 5:30 and looks like all traffic going anywhere near town from this side of the water is being diverted away up through Bitterne.

The cynic in me says 'accident'. I have practically a birds eye view of it and there's been at least two crime scene investigation vans there today for a long time. Possibly just protocol though, but may as well start a rumour
