Guys,

When my car was last in to be checked I noticed they topped it up with Castrol something or other and not Mobil 1. I am assuming that this is slightly thicker and probably not a bad thing.

Has anyone tried Mobil 1 motorsport or is Castrol the one to stick with??

I am using Castrol as well. I have heard people say that the low viscosity of the Mobil1 tends to seep thorugh the seals and leak out. I think Castrol is said not to do this......

i used castrol stopped it peeing through all the seals... never had any problems

Have used Mobil 1 Motorsport and will be using Castrol RS soon. Have been happy with Motorsport
