Seat Toledo Mk3 - Cruise, Parking Sensors, TPMS and Traction
Discussion
Hoping you guys could help, getting no luck elsewhere. As not a popular car! Working on a mates Seat Toledo Mk3, it has on it Parking Sensors, Traction, Tyre Monitoring and Cruise Control, however none of these functions work, they don't even respond, click any button you want and you get nothing from them.
Now I know the car has these features, but he bought it second hand so not sure when they stopped working. Odd how all of them don't work, I assume a fault affecting them all rather that 4 individual issues.
Has anybody seen this before? Does anybody have any ideas what could be causing this?
I first thought fuses, but none are popped and I have played popping fuses into blanks, however I cannot find a Seat Toledo Mk3 fuse diagram (for either fusebox). (Would be useful if anybody has one)
Next is maybe an earth, but which one and where?! (Diagram useful)
No fault codes are showing.
When you put car into reverse you do get a beep from the rear, but I assume this just runs from the reverse light.
Cheers,
Steve

Do you know anyone that has a Vag Com cable, it may give you an idea where the fault lies.
It may have a few fuse box, but I would open the front doors fully and look at the edge of the dashboard, it may be there.
If owners manual is still there should tell you which fuse for which functions.
Other than that it doing a bit of research on the web

Thank's for the reply. Don't know anybody with a vagcom. Tried using s basic fault code reader and no faults showing.
I know where each fuse box is (driver footwell and engine bay) however he does not have he manual and I have scoured the web for hours. Unbelievably hard to find a fuse diagram. Let alone a workshop manual.
I have tried popping a fuse into every empty port and checking each fuse for a break. No luck. Starting to think earth but without any manual this would mean tearing apart half the engine bay and interior to find it.
Just wondering before I start my destructive rampage If I am missing something obvious.
Cheers.
