V8V door handle removal

Hi all,
im having some paintwork improved on the V8 and have the normal chipping etc around the drivers external door handle
question: Is this easy to remove and will the key lock part come out with it?
I assume the internal trim panel has to fully come off then its screwed / bolted on somehow?
Any help and advise welcome

Assuming its the same as the DB9 there are 9 steps

1. Disconnect Battery
2. Remove door handle (inside) 2 bolts
3. Remove door handle trim plate and disconnect inner release cable
4. Remove door trim
5. Remove door glass and regulator
6. Disconnect wiring harness
7. Disconnect outer release cable and feed through the door
8. Remove the lock and latch assembly
9. Remove 3 nuts from outer handle and withdraw the outer handle from the door.

I would suggest you download yourself a workshop manual before you start as it is quite a lot to do and the workshop manual has pictures to help you identify the parts. It's not a five minute job.
