MK 7 Dynaudio equaliser settings

I have Dynaudio in my MK 7 Golf and while I'm happy with the sound I don't think I'm getting it anywhere near the best that it could be, I've tweaked the equaliser setting but still no better off, I'm just wondering if others could just note down the settings they are using if they are happy with the sound and post it on here plz
