The intricacies of the insurance market and LOLER inspection

Hi,
Can someone here help?
I am setting up a company that undertake the the LOLER and PUWER inspections on lifts for an Italian company and I've found that in the UK these tests are heavily tied to the insurance market via engineering/ property or combined insurance policies. Would there be anyone on here who can guide me through the insurance business in the UK so I can get an understanding on where I should pitch the service.
