Courier service that schedules collection time

[Disastrous]

Can anyone help me with this?

I'm trying to get a thing sent from *there* to *here*. I've told the previous owner I will schedule someone to collect on Wed afternoon (to fit his schedule) but to my dismay, everyone I've tried seems to only offer 9-5.30 pickup times.

Can anyone recommend a service that lets you schedule an afternoon pickup?

Thanks!

Don't think DPD offer non-account/consumer services at all, do they?

Book via interparcel and DPD, UPS, parcelfarce and Hermes offer drop off to store options for parcels less than about 15kg. There's usually one of those somewhere near your customer and they can drop off at their convenience. They will need a printer.

Good shout. UPS came up with the goods - appreciate the suggestion!

Parcelforce allow us t book a 2 hour window for collections, TNT and UPS just state within working hours which is a pain, so we only use them for shipping.
