Disc Brake Pad Recommendations
Discussion
I finished off my pads on last weekend Grizedale Grizzly event and so want to get a nice new set for the CX race season which starts for me in Whitehaven in August. I have TRP Spyre mechanical disc brakes on my Giant TCX. Ideally I would like to go full hydraulic but as we are doing home improvements that is not an option so I'm looking for a set of pads that will have some good bite to offset the vagueness of the cable set-up. What do the muddy PHers recommend?
Thank in advance!

i rate the superstar pads. good value and seems to stop nicely. the Kevlar pads work fine for me but my discs are over specced for the bike (203mm front, 180 rear on an XC bike).
Always used SS Kevlars on my bike. Decent price especially if you buy in 4s.Organics will usually stop you better but will wear quicker. Kevlars tend to be a nice middle point between them and sintered
