Sluggish start up on 2.7 2007 cayman

My battery is good, but on start up it feels like battery is failing? Is it the coil packs? Had car from new (2007) still love it full service history but now use independent, s for service 911 Sport at Horncastle . Service due soon anyway.

Could be the starter motor or possibly a poor main chassis earth.

How old is the battery?

Battery is about 4 years old, car is used daily.

Batteries have been known to fail in that time and if its a Porsche one (MOL) then even less. If not already done so, I would have it checked to eliminate it from the possibilities.

Sorry, I didn't get to reply until this afternoon. I would ask Steve at 911Sport to check the battery. Mine died a few weeks ago from being able to hold charge for weeks to being difficult to start the next day even after using a battery conditioner for 17 hours the previous day.
Steve upgraded mine from the default 65AH battery (096?) to the larger model (110 IIRC).

My first port of call would be battery try a Bosch from euro car parts
