This morning was the first time ever that my Cerbera fail me, no fuel pump.
This evening I have checked the relay, it clicks but I don't know if the contacts are OK.
Fuse has 12volts on it but no volts at the pump.
What do people think is the likely cause, relay or immobiliser?
If the relay anyone know where I may be able to get one in the city tomorrow?

On my car it looks like the fuel pump relay is interchangeable with several others based on the final post from Jimm218.

Ive had issues with mine. OPen the doors, boot, disconnect the battery for 5 mins.
Reconnect, have the fob handy as the alarm goes off.
It resets the immobiliser.
Mine tripped at a fuel station and again at 80mph in the outside lane of the M4. not fun cutting fuel pump and starter...
Thanks, will try this tomorrow.Reconnect, have the fob handy as the alarm goes off.

I have had my car 7 or 8 years now and this is the first time this has happened. I am now hoping this is not a slow developing failure of the ECU.
Although if it is it may be an opportunity to add a knock sensor and push the map to the next level and try and release some more horses......how much is the latest MBE. And a couple of wide band lambda sensors?

You can imagine how tempting that would be for me, provided a known tested solution is available (I don't have the funds to be a guinea pig).I think I have found the root cause of my problem, it seems I may have a dodgy wire in the ECU loom, more investigation over the weekend I think.
Must also have a look at ECU options and wide band lambda's.
