Sudden electrical issues: any advice?

So my car suddenly has a load of electrical issues, if anyone can tell me where to start looking that would be appreciated:

Right hand indicator doesn't work at all, no beeping or lights flashing. Hazards do work though.

Car give 4 beeps now when I press the fob to lock the car.

Reversing light constantly on.

No main beam.

This has all happened at once, I guessing they are all connected in some way.

Sounds like an earthing problem. Maybe the earth braid from engine block to chassis ?

I have fixed the main beam, that was a wire that had come away from a previous repair in the dip beam box. I have changed the battery and that hasn't done anything. Will check earth, thenks
