Al, sounds like a laugh but you'll be thrown off with no refund if you can't link turns & stop m8.
If you can't, I could try & organise you a lesson at the same time as everyone else.
Everyone up for a beer & pizza or something after?
Any preferred dates?
How long before your bum normally recovers Rich?

A few suggestions & I'll sort it.

Think I'd be interested in joining you all for a session on the slopes - I only managed a long weekend this year

As I can no longer keep up with you folk on tarmac, maybe I can at least keep up on snow

Cool.

Is this Xscape in Milton Keynes or is it the slope in Castleford?

I'm confused as someone mentioned Xscape in MK on another thread.

I'm a bit deprived and have never been boarding anywhere other than in mountains

Xscape Castleford.

Nice pic BTW Gem, looks like you had more sunshine than I did in January, lots of snow though

Anytime within the next two weeks is good for me. Had to cancel a trip for this year. Must try harder next year.

Food and/or beer is always welcome.

Right, there's a 10% Discount (thats £2 each) for groups of 10 or more but it has to be booked & PAID for 10 days prior to session.

So who's up for it?

I may be up for a bit of boarding, obviously dependant on date, time, etc.

Must admit though, I had a couple of lessons prior to christmas Courchevel holiday, and ditched the board in favour of ski's within a couple of days of being there.

Al, If you have never boarded before, I suspect you would last around 5 minutes before being thrown off, although if you opted for ski's you would probably be ok.

How about the 15th then?
Earliest evening session & lesson (Al) is 7pm then a beer/ pizza after about 8:20 after changing etc.

Definately up for this provided it doesn't clash with imminent house-move [/quote]

14th would be slightly better as I leave for London at 3am on the 16th.

I'll do the 15th though if that's what everyone else prefers, prob won't stay for beers though.

Meant to add, shall we start a new thread and make it a bit more obvious if we are after a few more people.
