get polish off the roof?

I got a bit of polish on the roof today, around the keyholes. Whats best to get it off?

Now that was silly of you wasn't it? We all do it once. Problem is all the liquids able to remove it also remove the waterproofing. You could try waiting for it to dry and attack the area with a nailbrush. The fabric is pretty resilient so the brushing shouldn't do any harm.

Scrub it with some Thompson's and a nail/tooth brush then soak up the crud with kitchen towel.

after i collected mine from the bodyshop it had polish all over the roof and i used a pressure washer and it came out perfectly after about 5 go`s
