Or it could just be that with such an active TVR community on PH, owners feel that it's the best place to advertise.
Many, many TVR-owning PHers have been loyal to the brand, owning many different Tivs over the years (just look at 2 Smoking Barrels' profile

and as you said yourself, I think this is the reason. I cant think of any brand of car which is more likely to attract genuine enthusiasts in their droves and with the PH forum being so active it is only natural that a large number of owners will advertise their cars here. As for the chimaera / griffith ratio AFAIK (correct me if i'm wrong someone ) there are considerably more Chimaeras than Griffiths in existance so that would be expected...

hello ,not controversial(maybe a tad)but just wondered why so many of these beasts r 4 sale.

Ah yes, sunny Stevenage, did a paed's attachment there as a student (1987!
). Trying to remember the name of the DGH, but my alzheimers' is interfering. .....what was i saying.... As far as the criminal activities; funny you should say that, got stopped the other night by unmarked plod, who thought i looked like i'd stolen the Vectra (
ahem... excuse me) mainly due to my black beany hat he said! (beany hat - very important for keeping heads warm for us thatch challenged types! 
). The house-job was in fact gen medicine at St Albans City 1989..... oh dear.... so long ago
is that all...! Wait till the summer and there will be 140 odd, this is the end of the winter lull in the Chim Market.

You are soooo close to Cambridge that perhaps you should be visiting the monthly meet in barrington this Sunday and then we can prove red are the fastest!!

that sounds like a challenge to me which i wouldnt normally refuse ,what with having the fastest colour with the best driver an all,but i happen to be out the country till the 8th.what happens at a monthly meet anyway as i have never been to any, being a newboy! tattoodrob said:
