When I bought a used 981 Boxster S '15 plate one of my only regrets was it didn't have power steering plus. I have bad tennis elbow and sometimes low speed maneuvering is painful. I drove a poorly specced demo with the PSS and preferred it at the time. So I recently retrofitted the PSS for £244 at a Porsche dealer who were very helpful but I must say after 100 miles I'm not sure I like it all - or it doesn't do what I thought it would. It is nice and loose at low speed but doesn't seem to tighten up much unless you go >70 mph. For nice bendy B-roads the steering now feels very vague and jellified, no satisfying feedback from the road but still very direct. Has anyone noticed this with the retrofit? It seems different from the factory build I tested? Could it be the tyres were much newer on the PSS demo? I can always get it changed back but wonder whether it can be alleviated to some extent with tyre pressure setting - I'm on 20 inch comfort at 2.1 bar at resting. I'm hoping I get used to it.......

Any comments most appreciated!
