Is this a scam or genuine??
Discussion
Hi guys,
I have my car for sale (S3c) at the moment and received this email:
Now I'm not too sure about it - firstly the grammar is a bit s
t and then they guy just says he's gonna pay by "check" and has just asked for "details and photo's" - no specifics.
What do you think??
At the moment I'm not even entertaining replying to it.
Cheers
Chris

definite scam, I had a guy send e-mails nearly continually for a couple of weeks when I was selling mine in Sep. His mail was along the lines of "I wish to buy car for friend in Australia, will send you check as long as you arrange shipping" He definitely was a bit dim as his other e-mails were exectly the same apart from the country changed every time.
Get his address blocked for a quiet life.

That is superb! Wet myself reading it!
Ah Abu - I hope you're enjoying the car that I sold you, complete with the boot full of hard currency, as agreed.
Sorry to be a pain, but it looks like your cheque for £42,000 more than the car was on sale for has bounced. I'm sure it's just an administrative error, but if you wouldn't mind sorting it out...
Thanks in advance
