Hmm, battery on the left, presumably expansion tank on the right 
Even the cynic in me can overlook the wheels as the 5-spoke concept is at least similar to the later cars (although the rear hubs always look odd when seen through those big gaps as there seems to be no brakes!).
Otherwise looks pretty un-butchered (you'd have expected some interior shots though) so could be a good buy as an early example.
