Rear arch protection advice

Hi all, I know my car isn't a classic but thought this would be the best place to ask. I'm having the rear arches cut out and complete new ones welded in on my e36 3 series.

What's the best way of protecting them so I won't have to do this again? Are there certain products/ways of doing it which people find work best? Thanks in advance.

cavity wax lashed inside , have the exposed bits finished with stonechip then gloss and keep it as clean as possible , so sponge and hose pipe under there weekly in the winter

They do a lance attachment too with a 360 deg spray head

Just make sure in the future you keep the wheel arches clean from muck and road salt.............ah make sure where they,ve welded in the new arches that they,ve sealed the joints between the inner and outer arches so no water can get in...........
