I have not long had my Griff (private purchase) and as I was driving away the previous owner said don't wind the drivers window right down as on it's return trip it drags half the seal out of the door!

He said - wait! - 'they all do it'.

Now I have had time to think about it, I suspect this may not be entirely true. I don't want to just slop silicone on the rubber willy nilly and get it smeared all over the glass before I ask the obvious question.

Anyone had this problem and what did you do about it?

Thanks, Paul

I had the opposite and mine disappeared inside the door and left the glass rattling.

I had to strip the door panel off and get inside to reposition and super glue it, awkward but didn’t take too long and its been fine since.

Cheers,

Simon.

Super glue sticks to TVR rubber like the preverbial..and UHU is great for the internal bits!
