996TT Parked up 6 month's - not making boost

Quick one, 996tt parked up for 6 months, now not making boost (0.6bar of 1.1bar target) along with whooshing dv noises (oem dv).

Any ideas of where to look? Sticky dv, wastegate, solenoid?
