After looking at that website you really have to ask?

Tell your friend to run away as fast as their foolish legs can carry them

The website at the bottom says 'free website'. incorporated in the last month to me looks like they help you buy to lets, seems a bit on the line of offering finical advice, yet not FCA, probably offer guidance which means when thing go pair shaped you are up s creek.

Are they regulated advisers with pi cover and fscs protection?

That is hilarious.

I have more experience than they have combined, and I can confirm it is a crock of st.

It is rather sweet they appear to have included their own houses in their successful deals, but being realistic, they have no clue what they are doing.

Combined 22 years of experience...haha so about 5 years each.

I'm surprised they've put their own mugshots on the website!

They are also pushing something called "Elite Network" and using shipped in Spanish builders to work on their properties turning them from three beds into six beds...

They remind me of that Scott Alexander fellow we are not allowed to talk about on here anymore.

They seem to share a building called 'The Phoenix' with 'Spazio Designs'!

Kind of describes how I see this firm...

A spazzy phoenix!
