Recommend me a good mortgage broker in Cardiff

A relative has a potential opportunity to buy the house they rent, possibly at a substantial discount.

Some issues over previous debts with thei partner. Sole salary would probably cover the mortgage but no deposit available. Could the substantial discount count as equity for the mortgagees?

I used Sarnie (and subsequently, so did my Sister) without ever meeting the chap. I've lost count of the number of times I've recommended him and not being local was never an issue.

Sorted 2 mortgages for me then helped me sell my house when he put another clients in touch with me!

I now only employ people with a 'sick whip'. I'm considering sacking my Solicitor unless he promptly buys something worthy

I'm from Cardiff and also used Sarnie for my mortgage. Don't think location really matters these days.
