Paint repair (keyed)... Chichester

The in-law's mighty Kia Picanto has acquired a reasonable keying down its side, so I'm looking for any recommendations for a suitable repairer in or around Chichester.

Don't have any photos but by all accounts it's through the paint and down to the primer in one spot.

Not sure if sorting out a keying is within the 'chips-away' realm, or similar, or if it's actually a paintshop job... any thoughts/experience appreciated.

I can highly recommend these guys - http://www.chichestercarsltd.co.uk/ in Terminus road.

They get some interesting stuff in from Harwoods over the road but were equally as happy doing a minor repair on my 12 year old 5 series I was very pleased with their work.
