Seat Belt Replacement

I am thinking of replacing the seat belts in the Griff.
I want to keep it mostly original so have looked at the Securon 500/30 but wondering if anyone has tried anything like the following to position the seat belt location better for the shoulder and also provide smoother running by stopping it from catching on the carpet at the back?

I have a pair of these fitted on my S series, work a treat! not familiar with the Griffith set up, would they help?
