This was posted on FB in a group I am in, there look to be bits of marcos type design in it and it looks it is probably mini based (848cc and registered as an Austin

As a wild stab in the dark, it looks like a stretched mini marcos. What a beauty!

Ah yes, the legendary Mini Marcos stretched limousine model... very, very rare and designed purely to fill a gap in the Essex prom' night market. This example should be white with colour coded wheels and half a dozen drunk teenagers throwing up out of the sun roof.

That looks like the mule for the BMW Mini. I'm surprised they let it go.

But an 850cc engine and registered as an Austin would seem strange for a BMW mule.

As commented above it's pretty hideous, and the door sizes look almost too small to be practical.

I don't think the BMW suggestion was entirely serious.

I took that as a pretty tongue in cheek comment.

This thing has had a proper beating with the ugly stick

Edited to add
Are those maestro countryman wheel trims?
If so does that mean it is running 15inch wheels?
It must be slower than a very slow thing off the line with the gearing screwed up that badly

They look like generic market-stall/back-street car spares shop.

<thinks>
So, yes, they probably are genuine Maestro...

There's only one name suitable for that messed-up Marcos: MINI MUNTER

Not just me, then.

Nice idea, decent execution, but a total fk-up for the want of the most basic grasp of the language.
