Spare wheel.

Apologies (from a newbie) as I'm sure this has been done to death many times before, I have used 'search' but can't find an answer.
What do you guys do for a spare? Can you get a full sized 16" wheel and tyre in the boot? Is there a 'space saver' type from another car that fits? Or do you all make do with a can of foam and an AA card?

I believe a Chrysler Voyager space saver fits.

Thanks all. Especially helpful to know that a standard wheel fits in the boot, no point in having a spacesaver if you've then got to abandon a wheel at the kerbside.
I've seen some SLKs have a folding tyre on an alloy space saver... it's a thing of beauty... next time I have one in I'm going to check out the dimensions.
