Took my car into the new Aston Martin dealership in Newcastle at the weekend to get my new locks and remotes swapped over. Very impressive place and great staff. They sent me a video of the inspection and a link to a site where they identify additional issues that they categorise in red/amber/green colours. There's a few jobs that need doing and they will be fixed over the winter when the cars off the road. Never had this type of report and glad they are moving with the times.......

Unfortunately I need I new window regulator as they cant get to the locks without lowering the window. Expensive, but no other option (It wasn't fuse 82 or relay etc)

Just wanted to pass on some praise to the team as very often we are all to quick to complain, rather than pass on our thanks.

I totally agree with the above comments, they do provide good customer service.
My annual service with them was also a good experience and they even saved me a few bob by re-using what were in effect almost brand new filters.
Saying that they then talked me (well I talked myself) into moving from a V8V to a Virage. I picked it up on Sunday. The car was waiting in a dedicated room, there was a short video presentation put together and then we were treated to a lovely Afternoon Cream Tea whilst completing the paperwork. Spending so much money has never felt so pleasurable.
I recommend this new Dealership (no, I'm not on commission!!)

Yours wasn't the 'orange' one waiting to be picked up ? Looked lovely !! I had a good look around the showroom and some lovely cars there. I'm really happy with mine, but just needs a few jobs here and there. She's definitely a keeper lol.

I'm originally from Monkseaton so will have to visit there when I'm up later in the year.

Enjoy your new car, hopefully we'll get some nice sunny days to have a blast around the country.

I'm picking mine up Saturday morning and heading off to Stratford Upon Avon and the Cotswold's with my partner for the weekend.

She'll then live with me in my new place in Bristol (Car, not my girlfriend.........)

Just spoke to Steve from AM Newcastle service department and they keep an eye on this site, pleasant surprise really and suggests they are interested on what us owners say/think of the service brand etc. I previously had an issue with another AM dealer, but Newcastle have gone a long way to restore my faith...........

Got in touch with Aston Newcastle a couple of months ago for a service quote and ended up with an invite to the launch event. Chap I spoke to was great, friendly, enthusiastic and well informed. Also gave me a competitive price. Just a shame they are 120 miles away from me otherwise would definitely have gone.
