St Leger coach trip

I'm a veteran of many Le Mans but for the first time this year I'm on a St Leger Coach trip. A few questions please that St Leger are less than specific about;

1. Any idea when the coach actual makes it to the coach park at the circuit on Saturday (I'm meeting up with people there)
2. I normally lug a substantial comfy folding chair around with me. Is that possible on the coach?
3. Any other tips or experiences of doing LM this way?

I went by coach years ago. From what I remember there was plenty of room for a chair. Most people only take a small bag, and the coaches have big luggage boots. When I went, I even bought a couple of slabs of beer on the ferry and there was plenty of room for it!
