Help - exporting project from iMovie to USB stick?

Hi all,

How do I export a completed project to say a USB stick to give to other people to use?

It seems my project is too large at around 11gb and fails to export when I try it.

Any tips?

Are you trying to export the project or a movie?

Been a while since I used iMovie.. but:

..Export at res of smaller size. 1080p or 720p or etc.....

Try exporting to the desktop first and then drag and drop to the USB stick?

That said it sounds like the USB stick isn't big enough, so as suggested above try a lower quality etc...

I think this is probably the problem, assuming you want to export the movie you need to open the project and then File -> Share -> File. Then set the resolution etc and it'll render the movie accordingly.
