Anywhere nice in Chesham to have a drink and food?

I am meeting a friend tonight. They have suggested Chesham as its in between the both of us.

From what I remember of Chesham, there is not much there.

Can anyone recommend anything or should I suggest we go to Amersham or Berkhamsted instead?

Nice quiet country pub ,good food and large garden.
