WTD - Plumber/gAS Engineer

This is posted for a mate of mine, so I can pass any interest on to him.

A fast growing Heating and Plumbing company based near Croydon, with an excellent reputation is looking for an experienced Plumber.
The role involves general plumbing and heating work, mostly domestic across the South East. The work is a mixture of pre-booked appointments (installs, maintenance) and emergency call-outs.

These will include:

• Assisting with the installing and maintenance of heating and plumbing systems
• Fitting domestic appliaces
• Assisting with bathroom installations and plumbing
• Emergency repairs
• Boiler repairs (if Gas Safe)
• All general plumbing and heating work.

There is a requirement to being on call, but remuneration is paid for any call outs attended.

Qualifications Required:
Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating

Requirements

• Fully competent in carrying out all types of general plumbing and heating jobs
• Own hand tools
• Good communication skills, excellent time keeping and professional manner
• Professional pride and a high standard of working
• Must hold a full UK driving licence (ideally clean, maximum 6 points)
• Located within 20-30 minutes of Croydon, Surrey.
• Willing to work as part of a 24 hour call out rota
• Minimum 2 years experience

Salary
