As I said earlier mine was from a 1996 s3 car with fia bar and am not sure if they would be the same. Not sure how we could tell. Would taking measurements work?
I will take a few pics, probably not till the weekend, and see what you think.

The petty strut mounting to the X type roll bar is completely different to the one that fits earlier bars.

Been looking for a Petty Strut for a 1989 Long Cockpit Live axle car and am told they need to be stickered for MSA purposes but the only ones I see are not stickered.

Need to contact MSA re this I think
