Rear brake hoses chafing
Discussion
I discovered the rear brake hoses have been chafing against the lower wishbones (at red arrow in photo).

There is a protective rubber there preventing immediate disaster, but IMHO it is quite bad style to rely on this, and it has already worn quite a bit. Would it be all right to fix the hose to the wishbone arm with a tie-wrap around where the arrow is pointing, or would this raise some concerns?

You could try manipulating the hose to get the best clearance you can. Sometimes, changing the angle of the original P clip can help to achieve better clearance
It might be frowned upon to secure it with a tywrap as you need to ensure that there is a level of freedom for the hose to move as the suspension moves through it's arc.
