I reckon they should throw the key away with these offenders, as I understand it very few of them ever change their behaviour. As a parent of four kids, I hate to think of people like him being released back into society.

i think you are right on this one, i've seen a couple of documentaries on this subject where they interview the offenders and most of them will wuite openly admit that they will do it again !! it seems like it must be a disease and the only cure i can think of involves 2 heavy bricks....
