unable to take payment for car advert

Hi I tried to post an advert for my Z3 earlier today and the paymeent did not go through. I contacted my bank but they said everything was fine on their side and there was one payment failed and one payment pending. Is there a reason ti could have failed as my details were all correct.

Please check that you are entering the correct card holders address on the payment page.
Despite it not being stated as a required field, the CVV code on the back of the card is required.
