I'm with the OP, I think it looks great. But then I love my bar ends too.

Looks like an ugly shopping bike all blinged up.

Why you'd need anything remotely aero that will rarely go above 14mph is beyond me.smile

£1100??!! By. Crikey.

I'm all for bar ends on flat bar bikes, they provide an alternative hand position on longer rides and are pretty useful when you hit a climb. I still had them on my mtb before I sold it but then 99% of mtbers see a climb and turn into old women, sit down and engage the granny gear.... wink

Not a fan of "fast" road orientated hybrids, having owned a carbon one years ago it was ok round a city as soon as the roads opened up & longer rides the bars limited your position and it wasn't as fast or as focussed as a proper road bike , yet suffered all the downsides.

I can see the point of chunkier hybrids (what almost used to be rigid MTBS with slicks) that support bigger tyres and can cope better with light offroad, gravel and tarmac , but not flat bar road bikes.

£1100 will get you a nice proper road bike
