My mate has been arrested for sexual harassment in Spain for slapping a woman's bum on a night out, he has been realised on bail and told to return on a certain date.


What is the likely outcome?

It's unlikely anyone on here is going to be able to give any insight into the Spanish legal system. Your mate needs to find a criminal lawyer in Spain.

Perhaps the British Embassy in Madrid may be able to help.

Anyone who goes round slapping a complete strangers backside in this day and age is on very shaky ground and had better prepare for consequences.
