981 / 991 Porsche motorsport lithium battery. Charging issue

Just took mine out of the box and attempted to charge it with my ctek lithium charger. Battery charges fine then goes into undervoltage protection mode. Reset charger by pressing button for 10 seconds but still can't get it to charge. Anyone with this issue? If not back to dealer on Monday.
the battery in under voltage protection (UVP) mode will flash green and red using its LED indicators. This goes away in 10 min.
I restart the charger and it goes through normal charging step 1 to 5 (completion) in a few minutes and as it hits stage 6 (maximisation), an audible click happens and the battery goes into UVP mode and charge simply powers down. Weird.
