Diagnostic help

Hello,
I am trying to run the diagnostic software on my windows 7 laptop, I have downloaded the old and new versions of the software but neither will run. Does anyone know the operating requirements?

Windows XP or Vista I believe

Try running it in a VM such as the free ones from Microsoft or use the Windows 7 XP VM mode

I have a windows 7 laptop I run it on.
When you say it won't run - what does it do?

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the responses. When I try to open the application it says it can't run on my version of windows (windows 7 home premium). I will try the above suggestions today.
