I only learnt today that all the times I've been starting the car using that stupid touch key fob thing has been a waste of time. I always fumble about and then drop it and curse when all I should do is turn the key on and then press the button on the fob and the car will start. Why did no-one tell me?

I never knew that!!! Mine is in for MOT now, I will check this new piece of info out tonight. I do know that if you get the ignition on quickly after using the fob to unlock the car it'll start no probs, only if more than about a 10 second delay that I thought was supposed to be 30 seconds?? So if I "time out" I'll def find this new witch craft method handy hehe
