Trouble with windows and mirrors

Hi, hope someone can help.

I have a 2010 Ford Fiesta

The electric window on the river side does not open but the passenger side one does if I use the driver side switch, also the electric mirrors are not working, the control for that is on the driver's door too. Fuses seem ok, so maybe a broken wire? just strange that the passenger side window still works.

Check the wiring in the swan neck from the door into the A-pillar.
I've seen quite a few cars where the flexing from opening & closing the driver's door has caused breakage - esp at any connectors. We had 4 Pug 306's over the years and all had this - as did all the ones I looked at in the local scrapyards when I went to get a replacement!

I think that's what it might be, got a feeling it's the previous owner replaced the door as the trim looks a different shade of colour. Gonna get it checked at a garage.

Had a similar issue a few years ago on a bm, it needed a replacement switch/control unit £10 scrappy job & done.
