GM are advertising their hospitality packages again for Le Mans this year. They are on the Chevy Europe we site which I can't be arsed to remember so look on www.corvetteclub.org.uk for the link

Being the kind of guy I am (cheapskate) we have booked the Bronze package.....which is a p.i.t.a. as you have to book it individually at the moment. I have told Chevy Europe that they should allow the selection of more than 1 person and they are going to change it.

Booked bronze and if it's as good as last year it will be great! Can almost hear that deep V8 growl already.

i so badly wanted to go on that balcony to get a better view of the track!

Wonder if they will still have the scalextric's set up?

There again certain people are semi-pro when it comes to scalextric these days.........they know who they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If they do have the Scaletrix I will have to bring my Fly C5R models with the working headlights and brakes then we can race at night for real

On Polar's point, yes we will be down at the same place again this year.

Perhaps we should get Gerard to arrange access to non-Corvette owners at some time during the weekend so that people can see the cars. If I was a non-owner I would think it a bit sniffy if the cars were in a compound and I wasn't allowed to go and look at them.

It's the sort of thing you would expect of Porsche owners

I meant brake "lights" i.e. they light up when you take your finger off, so mine don't light very much
