I have an Audi A3 8l, currently running circa 300hp and if all goes to plan will be closer to 400 by the end of the year.

At the moment it's running AP coilovers with Audi TT lower arms and hubs for the additional camber and sportier roll centre. I also have Super Pro poly bushes all round with additional caster main bush, as well as camber/caster adjustable top plates.

I've not had a proper wheel alignment done yet but had it on the aligner just to get the wheels pointing straight(ish) for mapping on the dyno. Didn't look at caster values but camber is about 2.5degrees with the top mounts pretty much exactly in the middle of maximum caster and maximum camber (pointing inwards and and backwards towards the middle of the car if that makes sense?)

The car will be mainly used on the road with the occasional track day. As it is she it's fairly “grabby” and will pull towards any crack or crevice in the road. I'm guessing this is because of the camber? Also doesn't seem to turn in amazingly well, I think the wheels aren't completely straight though as the tyres were squeaking a bit on the dyno.

Someone's suggested that I should run a less camber in favour for more caster, as caster give camber when the wheel is turned?

I'll be interested and grateful to hear any advice from people with first hand experience in this kind of thing... And please, only comment if you experience is first hand.

Thanks in advance

First thing you need to do is get a full printout of exactly what geometry measurements are right now
Only then can anyone comment without speculating
