C124 AMG spoiler

Bit of help guys... I'm looking at buying an E320 C124 Coupe which has a factory fitted 3 piece rear spoiler.

It's not my sort of thing, are they easy enough to remove? Or will I leave holes etc? I don't even know how they're fitted.

It was intended to be bonded in place with adhesive and also fixed with two screws from the inside of the boot lid. However, many installers no doubt skimped on the screws.
