Microsoft looking after me!

I bought an Elite bundle a few days after release and was unhappy about the new console having manufacturing scratches all over it. After going back and forth with Microsoft for a while in Feb they eventually just swapped the console for a brand new one.

Then a month ago I thought the headset was broken so they sent me a brand new one.

Before it came back I realized it wasn't the headset but the port on the Elite controller..
You send it them with all parts taken off and they just send you a brand new one without the bits..

This is what I got back:


So every single thing I bought in the bundle I have had replaced with brand new, plus a whole other duplicate kit for the Elite controller which normally would cost you about £30+!

I know cool story bro and all that, but I thought it was pretty cool.
